Today I would like to share with you the Process we follow in executing any project assigned to us.
Our entire Client based Team is divided into 3 Robust Process Teams
- CRT (Customer Relationship Team)
- PDT (Project Development Team)
- SMT (Support & Maintenance Team)
(I) Customer Relationship Team (CRT) –
1. Inflow of Client’s Project Requirements
==> Requirement gathering from Client by the Sales Team
==> Client Fills Up Questionnaire
==> Thorough analysis of Client’s Specifications
==> More Detailed & High-end clarifications from Client
2. Detailed Project Proposal to Client
==> Project Feature List, Project Management Plan, Project Deliverables, Project Cost
Project Turnaround Time
==> Revisions and Final Proposal based on Client Feedback
3. Agreement of Work with Client
==> Client signs Project Contract containing Project Plan, Milestones, Payment Schedule etc.
4. Project Specs & Plan handed over to Project Development Team
==> Project Leader assigned for the Project, who works with his Team in executing the Project successfully & as per Client’s specifications
(II) Project Development Team (PDT) –
1. Design Phase
==> UI Concepts designed as per Requirements. Prototype presented to Client for approvals. Unlimited Revision provided till Client’s Satisfaction.
2. Development and Testing Phase
==> Development & Implementation of Code proceeds on the Design Model
==> Code & Quality Testing on the Test Model
==> Test Model presented to Client for Feedback.
==> Debugging
==> Revisions made as per Client’s Feedback.
3. Deployment Phase
==> Client’s Acceptance of Test Model
==> Implementation on Client’s Server
==> Client’s signs Acceptance of Project
(III) Support & Maintenance Team (SRT) –
1. Website Maintenance
==> Website Maintenance Contract signed
